The house of our wines

The heart of our activity is our winery, an
essential place for a wine production that aims at
a special place on the table of wine fans. We have
paid great attention to the production and ageing
aspects, constantly promoting the technological
and structural improvement of the house of our
wines.

Technology & Tradition

We are currently equipped with an oak
barrel room with an overall capacity of 1,500
hectolitres, a bottling plant that can produce
about 1,000,000 bottles per year, a cooling
system that can condition and control all the
production quality of Colle Moro DOP and IGP
wines.
