Cococciola Terre di Chieti IGP
Vineyard: Cococciola 100% . Territory: Hilly, with generally limestone-clay soils, well-drained and pebbly. Vinification: The harvesting is handmade during the last week of September, cold maceration at low temperature for about 6/12 hours, soft pressing, static settling of the free run juice and fermentation temperature controlled at 15°C. Refinement in steel, settling and bottling in February. This wine is an early drinker. Alcohol content: 12% vol. Appearance: Pale straw yellow with greenish, almost crystal hues. Bouquet: Delicate hints of green apple and white flowers. Taste: Balanced, dry, savoury, slightly acidulous and with a good structure. Serving glass: Tulipe. Serving temperature: 8-10°C. Food matchings: Perfect as an aperitif, it matches shellfish and fish-based dishes
