Quality, a strategic target

Since 1999, Colle Moro has considered quality
as a strategic aim to ensure customers’
satisfaction, certifying its production process
with all the most modern national andinternation
al quality systems. We chose this
method to ensure the best quality of the wine we
bring to your table.

Quality club

In the most devoted areas of our hilly range,
going from the Adriatic sea to the slopes of the
Maiella range, our technical staff – coordinated
by the agronomist Maurizio Gily – has selected
the vineyards with the highest quality potential.
Only the more sensitive contributing partners,
willing to follow the indications of the “vinegrowing
team” in every season and to sacrifice a
significant share of the production for a perfect
ripening and consistency of the grapes, are
admitted to the Quality Club, a concept that is
not just in words but real facts.

Our certifications

Our quality system has been certified according
to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards, ensuring
that the musts and wine are produced according
to national and European standards. Moreover,
our work is performed respecting the strict
rules and regulations for the traceability of
the supply chain and in compliance with the
standards for the safety and health on the
workplaces.
