Chardonnay Terre di Chieti IGP

Vineyard: Pure Chardonnay.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested in advance to preserve their natural acidity. After the de-stemming-crushing they undergo a light maceration on the skins at low temperature with inert gas, followed by soft pressing and static settling. The clean must is fermented at controlled temperature in small stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts aimed to enhance the grape features.
Refining: In stainless steel cisterns for about 4-5 months before bottling.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Appearance: Pale straw yellow withgreen hues.
Bouquet: Delicate, fruity with strong tropical fruit.
Taste: Fresh, lingering, rounded.
Serving glass: Tulipe.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C.
Food matchings: Perfect as an aperitif and fish-based dishes.
