Vineyard: Pecorino 100% Sparkling.
Territory: The vineyards are at about
250 metres above sea level.
The soils aregenerally alluvial, medium-textured soils
almost sandy, well-drained and with low
organic substance.
Vinification: In steel with fermentation
temperature controlled with selected yeasts.
Alcohol content: 11,5% vol.
Appearance: Pale and straw yellow
color with greenish shades. Fine bead and
persistent sparkles.
Bouquet: Delicate fragrance, pleasant with
hints of green apple.
Taste: Soft and fresh taste.
Serving glass: Tulipe.
Serving temperature: 8°C.
Food matchings: Fish and soft cheese
appetizers.
Ideal as an aperitif.
