Vineyard: Pure Trebbiano d’Abruzzo. Vinification: In stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperature. Refining: Burgundy-style, in Alier oak barriques. Alcohol content: 13% vol. Appearance: It has a brilliant, straw yellow with medium insensity. Bouquet: It features hints of acacia and hawthorn blossoms, green tea, apple and vanilla. Taste: A fresh and lively acidity introduces a strong, balanced structure, almost unusual for a Trebbiano wine. The finish is fresh with a slight hint of almonds. Serving glass: Burgundy. Serving temperature: 10-11°C. Food matchings: All kinds of fish and crustaceans, white meat sauces, mature cheeses
